When I casually posted about this shack on Facebook a few days ago the reaction was unprecedented for the Coffin Bay office. Over 6000 views and 2500 post engagements. The phone was running hot.
Clearly Farm Beach is a very popular location and when an original shack comes to market at an affordable price a lot of people are interested.
The shack itself looks somewhat unloved but is very live able inside. High ceilings,2 bedrooms,good bathroom/laundry and a large open plan living/kitchen area. There is a solid lock up shed and plenty of rainwater storage. The contents of the property are also included in the sale.
