Views, views and more views

This is the quintessential Coffin Bay home. An outlook that gives you a complete overview of the bay. The boat ramp, the Channel, the town jetty, the oyster beds and all that lies between, completely uninterrupted. A house with a deck to maximise the view and a floor plan that incorporates all the ingredients of a modern home. Space, flexibility, modern amenities and still with opportunity to make it your own.

6 Sophie Crescent is a great location, most Coffin Bay residents need directions. Set on an elevated site above the roadway, there is no through traffic so your only noise is the crashing of the waves on Gunyah on a perfect, still evening.

Built in 2013, the upper level of the home offers 4 generous size bedrooms with walk in robes to bedrooms 2 and 3. The master bedroom features built in robes and an en-suite. The main upstairs living/dining is open plan and overlooks the kitchen and large balcony with views of the ocean and beyond. Venture downstairs and you will find the main bathroom, laundry and a rumpus area or second living space. There is also accommodation for 3 cars under the main roof as well as a 3 car carport. The grounds and surrounding yard offers a blank canvas for the perfect family or holiday maker to make their own.

View the photographs, have a close look at the floor plan, find Sophie Crescent, drive past and then arrange an inspection. This is not your average home.
