56 Pine Crescent, Coffin Bay
Outstanding Kellidie Bay Views
Pine Crescent is the defacto Esplanade in Coffin Bay but without the traffic and 56 Pine is a great example of why.
Forget the real estate jargon of "tall man on chair" - a 2 storey development on this site will give you great Kellidie Bay views looking straight down the channel.
Wake to the activity of oyster boats as they go about their daily routine or kick back on a Sunday and watch the sailing boats challenge the wind. Oh and did I mention the sunsets!!
You can count vacant blocks with these views on one hand - if you are in the market for a development site with water views then this is probably the cheapest option in Coffin Bay.
