347 Esplanade, Coffin Bay
Extraordinary Investment Opportunity!
This might just be one of the best opportunities in Coffin Bay!
Known as the 'Coffin Bay Beach Units', 347 Esplanade offers four self-contained units that are being utilized for short term holiday rentals, a laundry block and barbecue area as well as 2 substantial storage buildings.
Located in a prime Esplanade location, on 3,644 sqm, this street to street corner allotment metres from the ocean offers a unique opportunity for not only investors but developers as well. With frontages to the Esplanade, Oyster Avenue and Douglas Street, the current owner has had plans drawn up to subdivide the property into four separate allotments (STCC).
The four existing units are fully self-contained, suitable to sleep 2 to 5 people and have reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, basic bathrooms and practical kitchenettes. Excellent off-street parking provides guests with ample space for boats and cars.
The outdoor spaces offer a large lawned area - a perfect place for guests to relax and kids to play under beautiful gum trees, a fish cleaning station, undercover barbeque area and a laundry block with two store rooms.
With frontage to Douglas Street there are two very basic buildings, one being used as storage and the other was previously two small units that have now been retired to store rooms. These buildings offer so much potential. Consider transforming them into units perfect for additional short term holiday rentals or renovating them and renting them on a permanent basis.
Esplanade land of this size, scale and potential does not come around often. Consider this a great investment, development project, business opportunity or Esplanade oasis to make you're your own.
