12 Sarah Court, Coffin Bay
Outstanding property - significantly reduced to sell
If having a view is a priority then you must consider a home in Sarah Court. This precinct is fast becoming the dress circle of Coffin Bay. The quality homes in the street have commanding views over the Bay, and are in a quiet part of town that gives you complete privacy. Land in this part of town has just about sold out and a drive up this street will confirm my view on the homes in this area.
12 Sarah Court proves my point. Built in 2010, this home is Alby Bateman's last project, Set on 1000 sqm, the property has everything:
4 large bedrooms ensuite WIR expansive deck and outdoor entertaining area large kitchen/lounge dining area downstairs guest flat ducted R/C air con solar panels solar HWS ample rainwater storage 30 x 25 shed and even a fire shelter.
These owners have thought of the lot!
The market has yet to be set for this part of town so the earlybird will be rewarded. Forget the Esplanade and the Oyster Walk, if you are in the market for a quality built home, with all the boxes ticked, this property has to be on your radar.
